BACKGROUND
Our founders were two former high-rank Lithuanian police officers, started business in 1994 creating the very first private security company in Lithuania.
Currently we are two families based holding company.
MISSION
We are investing into companies with strong proffesional background and specialisation. We achieve strong synergy effects and cost efficiency.
PORTFOLIO
Currently we control several companies in private security, law, debt collecting sectors in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
FINANCIAL RESULTS
Our companies show steady growth in sales volumes. EBITDA indicators are positive and standing from 5% to 16%.
